POWERPOINT
What will the next two years require of America's foreign affairs institutions, organizations, and leaders?
In the immediate aftermath of the 2026 midterm elections, Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA) is convening a select group of senior foreign affairs practitioners, organizational executives, and policy leaders for a private, off-the-record strategic discussion.
Moving beyond election analysis, this conversation will focus on institutional readiness, emerging challenges, leadership pipelines, and opportunities for collaboration across the foreign affairs community.
Discussion priorities include:
Anticipating key developments in U.S. foreign affairs through 2028.
Identifying institutional and workforce challenges requiring greater attention.
Examining opportunities to strengthen the next generation of foreign affairs professionals.
Exploring practical opportunities for interorganizational coordination, knowledge sharing, and leadership development.
The objective is to identify shared priorities and actionable opportunities for collaboration over the next 90 days and beyond.
Participation is limited and by invitation only. This is a nonpartisan, off-the-record discussion.
