Guest of Honor

Stephanie J.Peters, Esq.is a distinguished attorney and public policy leader with decades of experience at the intersection of government, technology, law, and international affairs. She currently serves as Senior Oversight Counsel and Staff Director for the Oversight and Intelligence Subcommittee of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee.

Prior to returning to Capitol Hill, Peters spent nearly 15 years at Microsoft, where she served as Director of Federal Government Affairs, advising on complex legislative and public policy issues. Her career has also included service with the House Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. A graduate of The Ohio State University and Georgetown University Law Center, with a master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University, Peters brings extensive experience in congressional affairs, strategic policy, and public service.
