The Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA) invites current and prospective volunteers to learn more about the future of our Protocol Committee and how you can help strengthen BPIA's engagement with the diplomatic community.

As BPIA continues to expand its international footprint, we are seeking individuals interested in supporting embassy outreach, diplomatic relationship management, executive engagement, and high-level event operations. Whether you're a student, early-career professional, or experienced practitioner, this meeting will provide an overview of the committee's vision, volunteer opportunities, and ways to get involved.

Examples of Protocol Committee support include:

• Embassy outreach and relationship management
• Courtesy visits and diplomatic correspondence
• Research on embassies, diplomatic missions, and international organizations
• VIP greeting and executive escorting
• Speaker and diplomatic liaison support
• Tracking diplomatic partnerships and maintaining contact databases
• Registration, executive hospitality, and event operations
• Executive communications quality assurance and protocol support
