Join us for a discussion on ethical decision-making and accountability, exploring how integrity, transparency, and moral courage shape effective leadership. Through the lens of current events – including ethics investigations, whistleblower cases and leadership credibility crises – we will examine the challenges leaders face when navigating complex ethical dilemma and the lasting impact of the choices they make. 

This event is open to Powell cohort and active BPIA members. 


Speaker Bio

Sandra Morgan is the Mayor of East Cleveland (Elected November 2025) and long-time East Cleveland resident who was appointed as the Interim Mayor of East Cleveland in early 2025. She is the first woman elected to this position.
