Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA) is currently recruiting passionate volunteers to join key committees that help advance our mission of empowering Black professionals and strengthening global engagement across communities.


These volunteer opportunities offer a chance to contribute your skills, gain valuable leadership experience, collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds, and support programs that create meaningful impact in international affairs.


Whether your strengths lie in operations, fundraising, or preserving organizational knowledge, there is a place for you to contribute and grow within the BPIA community.

All positions are fully remote with flexible hours.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:


Administrative Support Committee
Provides operational and logistical support to ensure BPIA's programs, events, and initiatives run efficiently and effectively. Committee members help coordinate activities, manage administrative processes, and support the successful implementation of organizational priorities.


Grants & Fundraising Committee
Identifies, researches, and supports funding opportunities that sustain and expand BPIA's mission and impact. Committee members contribute to grant research, donor engagement efforts, fundraising initiatives, and resource mobilization strategies.


Historian Committee
Documents and preserves BPIA's history, milestones, achievements, and institutional knowledge. Committee members help maintain organizational records, archive key moments, and ensure that BPIA's legacy continues to be captured for future generations.
