Speaker Biography

H.E. Robie Kakonge, Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of The Republic of Uganda to the United States

As Ambassador and Head of Mission in D.C, she also serves as Non-Resident Ambassador to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uruguay.

Amb. Kakonge promotes bilateral relations, political, security, economic, social, and cultural matters. She is also accredited to the World Bank/IMF and the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization.
