These roles offer an opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-cultural team shaping conversations in international affairs and driving meaningful digital engagement worldwide.

Our communications volunteer team brings together professionals and emerging leaders from different regions to co-create impactful content, amplify diverse perspectives, and strengthen BPIA’s global voice across platforms.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Design and Content Co-Lead

Co-leads the coordination of content and visual direction across regions, ensuring consistent branding, alignment, and creative quality. This role helps maintain a unified and engaging visual identity across all BPIA communications.

Social Media Manager (U.S.-Based)

Executes BPIA’s social media strategy for international audiences, ensuring timely, engaging, and brand-aligned content across platforms. This role focuses on audience growth, engagement, and digital storytelling.

Podcast Editor

Produces, edits, and refines audio content for global audiences, ensuring high-quality sound, narrative flow, and editorial coherence across podcast episodes.

Content Planning & Execution Team Member

Contributes creative ideas and supports the planning, scheduling, and execution of content across BPIA platforms, helping ensure consistent and strategic content delivery.

Editorial Review Team Member

Ensures clarity, accuracy, tone consistency, and cross-cultural readability of written content, maintaining editorial standards across all communications.

Podcast Team Member

Supports podcast production through research, guest coordination, scripting, and episode preparation, working collaboratively across time zones to deliver engaging audio content.
