Speaker Bio

Ambassador (Ret.) Pamela L. Spratlen is a career U.S. diplomat and former Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, with decades of experience in Eurasian affairs, democratic governance, and international development leadership. She is currently the President of the Association of Black American Ambassadors.
