2026 BPIA Protocol Committee Applications Now Open!

Join Black Professionals in International Affairs (BPIA)’s Protocol Committee and play a leading role in executing our highest-level convenings.

The Protocol Committee supports BPIA’s executive-level engagements where diplomacy, precision, and professionalism matter most. This team is responsible for ensuring that our events reflect the excellence and strategic focus of our community.

As a member of the Protocol Committee, you will:

• Support executive-level convenings and high-level dialogues
• Lead event logistics and operational coordination
• Assist with protocol planning and security coordination
• Contribute to the seamless execution of BPIA’s flagship programs

This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to operate in professional policy environments. Applicants must be based in the DMV area to support in-person engagements.

This is a call for applications only. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a 30-minute interview and will be notified via email.
