The program is open to girls between 13 and 21 years old in Arlington and Alexandria, VA (other areas by case-by-case basis). We are looking for people who meet the requirements, so please send them our way if you know anyone who qualifies!

BPIA membership is open to all applicants who support our mission and goals without regard to race, religion/creed, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual preference or identity.
