The Changing World of Work: Preventing Burnout, Maintaining Flexibility, and Setting Boundaries

In this session, we'll discuss the drastic changes that have occurred in the workplace and the challenges (and opportunities!) they present to today’s workers. With the shift to hybrid and remote work arrangements, work and home life have never been more intertwined. The result? We often feel like we are "falling short" at work, home, or both. Join us for tips and strategies for communicating, creating structure, and setting expectations that will help you succeed in the new work environment. Come prepared to join in the conversation. We’d love to hear your personal strategies for balancing work and home as well as actions your organization has taken to ensure its workforce is healthy and productive.
