BPIA Leadership Advisory, Corporate, and Diplomatic Councils
BPIA Advisory Councils consists of leaders in the international affairs field who have displayed a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in increasing the involvement of African Americans and those of African descent in international affairs. The Council represents leaders with a record of high-impact work, particularly in areas relating to policy, social, and financial impact. Primary aspects of serving on the BPIA Advisory, Corporate, or Diplomatic Council include:
Flexible Service Model: “You tell us” how you can and would like to contribute to support BPIA’s missions and programs. A large majority of nominees are affiliated with organizations actively engaging with BPIA on existing programming.
Ability to represent in an official organizational capacity and/or a personal capacity for a one-year term.
BPIA Council of Advisors are invited to attend two quarterly virtual meetings in the Spring and Fall and are invited to all BPIA programs and events.
BPIA Council of Advisors provides guidance and expertise regarding organizational and industry matters.
Name, Bio, and Affiliation listed on the BPIA website.
Advisors would commit to becoming BPIA members, at the sustaining level.
